We are currently seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative and operational support to the Policy and Impact Directorate. You will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of RoSPA’s business plan by assisting the Senior Policy Manager and collaborating with policy, programme, and research teams. Providing effective support across policy programmes, ensuring smooth coordination of activities, and helping to manage deadlines and deliver key outputs will be central to this role, alongside contributing to the wider policy work programme as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery of RoSPA programmes by providing effective administrative and operational assistance
  • Preparing and contributing to quarterly programme reports
  • Organising and supporting meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, managing actions, and coordinating secretariat tasks
  • Planning and delivering events, webinars, and workshops, ensuring effective logistics and participant engagement
