We are a specialist team dedicated to providing support to our existing clients with the placement of industrial and driving based temporary and permanent staff. Due to growth, an opportunity for either an experienced Recruiter or a Trainee has arisen to join our fantastic Rotherham based office. This role would suit someone who wants to work within a professional services environment using a mixture of customer service, sales and administrative skills.

Duties:

  • Working with our existing Clients with their temporary and permanent recruitment needs.
  • Building relationships with both existing Client contacts as well as developing new business through telephone calls, emails, marketing campaigns and client visits.
  • Understanding Client needs through effective job taking.
  • Advert writing.
  • Interviewing candidates.
  • Coordinating interviews, offers and placements.

If you are looking for an opportunity to train within a new business and want something that will utilise your existing customer skills, then this could be the role for you. You must have previous experience of dealing directly with customers/Clients, have an excellent telephone manner and great attention to detail as well as having a clean driving licence and car owner.
