ROSMY is seeking dedicated Production Operatives to join our team in Rotherham starting January 2026. The role is a full‑time, rotating shift position with ongoing opportunities for career growth and facility access.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the manufacture of client products, handling heavy materials through rolling, lifting, manoeuvring, and quality checking.
- Support skilled operatives in their tasks, ensuring production lines run smoothly.
- Adapt to rotating shifts: 0600‑1400, 1400‑2200, and 2200‑0600.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not essential. Full training will be provided to right candidates.
- Must be flexible and able to attend site for all shift times.
