Quality Engineer/Inspector

QUALITY ENGINEER/INSPECTOR

Due to increased workload, our client is now looking for a Quality Engineer/Inspector to join their rapidly expanding business. The role is for someone who ensures manufactured products meet requirements using tools and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Helping to reduce quality issues
2. Assist in continual improvement projects, and work on further developments in this area
3. Assist and support the QHSE Manager
4. Inspecting production and confirming specifications by conducting visual and certain test requirements
5. Other responsibilities related to the job role

Experience Looking For

1. Working with electronics – Basic
2. Component Fault Finding
3. Previous Quality Role
4. Writing SOPs/Testing Instructions
5. Use of the right equipment: Multimeter, caliper, Power supplies
6. IT Skills, particularly Microsoft Office suite
7. Hold a UK driving licence and be able to travel nationally with occasional international travel
