Roslin CT in Edinburgh Bio Quarter/Shawfair seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to shape how we attract, engage and hire talent for our cell and gene therapy organisation.

You'll lead our recruitment strategy, partner with leaders across the business and create a positive, efficient hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.

You'll also coach the TA Coordinator, strengthen the employer brand, and use data-driven insights to improve processes.
