Your new role
An exciting opportunity for a QC Administrator - Microbiology to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining document organisation and general record-keeping.
- Writing and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and forms for QC activities.
- Reviewing, recording and reporting Microbiology data in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Performing document management duties using paper-based systems.
- Providing administrative support for the Quality Control department.
- Carrying out ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Microbiology Manager.
- Demonstrating exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Ensuring full compliance with data protection regulations by keeping client and patient information strictly confidential.
About You
- Exceptional organisational, communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong administrative & record keeping skills.
- Great attention to detail with a determination to continually develop and improve processes.
- Strong planning skills, with the ability to deliver results within a deadline.
Qualifications
Higher Grades in Mathematics, English, Science or equivalent qualifications or experience.
