Your new role
- An exciting opportunity for a Facilities Asset Officer – 3-Month Fixed Term Contract to join our team.
- This is a temporary contract. It is anticipated that the role will be effective from July 2025 till Oct 2025.
- Responsible for handling equipment records and facilities documentation in GXP standard to meet operational needs.
- Provide support in organising the introduction, timely delivery, qualification, maintenance, relocation, repair and removal of equipment.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the facilities team schedule, workload trackers, spreadsheets and reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, service providers and contractors.
- Escalation of bottlenecks / constraints to the Facilities Asset Supervisor & Manager.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and assisting with department tasks as and when required.
About you
- Prior experience working in a GMP regulated environment.
- Exceptional communication skills; ability to confidently communicate technical or complex concepts orally and in written form to technical and non-technical individuals.
- Competent with Microsoft Office packages.
- Able to effectively manage and influence stakeholders’ and customer expectations.
- Great flexibility and organisational skills in responding to both short term demands and long term planned workload.
- Excellent attention to detail with a desire to continually develop and improve our processes.
