Your new role

An exciting opportunity for a Quality Control Administrator – 18-Month Fixed Term Contract to join our team. This is a temporary contract. It is anticipated that the role will be effective from Apr 2026 till Aug 2027.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to our Quality Control – Analytical team.
  • Coordinating QC samples shipment to external testing labs.
  • Coordinating receipt of testing results.
  • Compiling QC reports and certificates of analysis.
  • Performing general record-keeping and maintaining document organisation.
  • Proactively dealing with and escalating matters to relevant staff as required.
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Collaborating with other departments to support business requirements.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks as expected by your line manager.

About you

  • Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.
  • IT competent, with experience in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when dealing with RoslinCT staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Organised and forward-planning individual, who can deliver results to deadline.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the desire to continually develop and improve our processes.
