Your new role: We are looking for a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Developer to join our team! This position is responsible for supporting our Manufacturing, Quality, and Facilities departments to:

  • Design and build electronic batch records, logs, and forms
  • Support change management and training in the new ways of working.
  • Map data flows and help design the ‘to be’ process and recipe requirements/specifications.
  • Build, test, and validate the processes/systems in the MES, alongside Manufacturing, Quality, and Facilities colleagues.
  • Partner with supplier developers to set up master data and a library of unit processes.
  • Work with the eBR Implementation Lead to establish Roslin ways of working and SOPs specific to the MES.
  • Be the system owner for the MES, accountable for maintenance and change management and training system users.

About you: At least one years’ experience in GMP Manufacturing, preferably in the Cell and Gene therapy industry. You will have the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and demonstrate good communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of the business. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and with others, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. A logical/mathematical approach to work with good problem-solving skills. Experience in business process mapping, basic coding skills, and computer system validation. Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal, and self-motivational skills. Report writing/recording output. Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent administration and record keeping skills. Operational experience of aseptic manufacturing is preferable.

Qualifications: A degree in a relevant technology discipline.
