Your new role

  • An exciting opportunity for an Associate Manufacturing Planner to join our Manufacturing team.

  • You’ll be responsible for scheduling of personnel in line with the Master Production Schedule to achieve day-to-day manufacturing operations.

  • Coordinate with direct line management of manufacturing personnel for schedule approval and adherence.

  • Manage absence with the manufacturing team, providing appropriate cover when necessary.

  • Coordinate and track all training activities critical to the core manufacturing team, including gowning and aseptic qualifications and re-qualifications.

  • Maintain the technical training tracker, including specialist equipment operations and specific roles.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to schedule appropriate training opportunities.

  • Perform tasks as reasonably expected by the Senior Manufacturing Planning Specialist.

About you

  • Previous experience working in an administrative role.

  • IT proficient, particularly with Microsoft Word & Excel.

  • Excellent communicator, who can effectively build relationships with internal and external customers.

  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail, spotting problems early on and proactively finding solutions.

  • A determination to succeed, displaying flexibility and enthusiasm.
