Your new role
An exciting opportunity for an Associate Manufacturing Planner to join our Manufacturing team.
You’ll be responsible for scheduling of personnel in line with the Master Production Schedule to achieve day-to-day manufacturing operations.
Coordinate with direct line management of manufacturing personnel for schedule approval and adherence.
Manage absence with the manufacturing team, providing appropriate cover when necessary.
Coordinate and track all training activities critical to the core manufacturing team, including gowning and aseptic qualifications and re-qualifications.
Maintain the technical training tracker, including specialist equipment operations and specific roles.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to schedule appropriate training opportunities.
Perform tasks as reasonably expected by the Senior Manufacturing Planning Specialist.
About you
Previous experience working in an administrative role.
IT proficient, particularly with Microsoft Word & Excel.
Excellent communicator, who can effectively build relationships with internal and external customers.
Exceptional organisational and planning skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, spotting problems early on and proactively finding solutions.
A determination to succeed, displaying flexibility and enthusiasm.
