Your new role
An exciting opportunity for an Associate Labelling and Packaging Operator to join our Manufacturing team. You’ll be responsible for carrying out labelling activities within RoslinCT including generating, designing and updating labels as required. Performing packaging and labelling activities within the Cryopreservation area. Supporting new client packaging and labelling activities, from design and build through to start-up. Completing quality related documentation (Batch Records, Change Controls, Deviations, Risk Assessments and Corrective and Preventative Actions). Ensuring all batches are accurately labelled, packaged and released in line with agreed timelines. Recording data in accordance with GMP requirements and SOPs. Acting as a liaison between functional departments to ensure appropriate regulatory standards are maintained across all projects. Undertaking additional activities as reasonably requested by the Labelling and Packaging Lead or Manufacturing management.
About you
- Prior experience working within a GMP sterile manufacturing environment, or similar controlled scientific environment would be desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and RoslinCT staff.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines to deliver results.
- Proficient with IT, particularly in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Work effectively within a small team, learning and sharing knowledge where appropriate.
- Taking responsibility for continually setting high standards and desire to develop and improve processes.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Qualifications
HNC in Life Sciences or a related field. We will also consider candidates with equivalent training and experience.
