Your new role
- An exciting opportunity for an Associate Manufacturing Planner to join our Manufacturing team.
- You’ll be responsible for scheduling of personnel in line with the Master Production Schedule to achieve day-to-day manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate with direct line management of manufacturing personnel for schedule approval and adherence.
- Manage absence with the manufacturing team, providing appropriate cover when necessary.
- Coordinate and track all training activities critical to the core manufacturing team, including gowning and aseptic qualifications and re-qualifications.
- Maintain the technical training tracker, including specialist equipment operations and specific roles.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to schedule appropriate training opportunities.
- Perform tasks as reasonably expected by the Senior Manufacturing Planning Specialist.
About you
- Previous experience working in an administrative role.
- IT proficient, particularly with Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Excellent communicator, who can effectively build relationships with internal and external customers.
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, spotting problems early on and proactively finding solutions.
- A determination to succeed, displaying flexibility and enthusiasm.
