Rosie's People is seeking an experienced Fractional Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for a remote, early-stage FinTech. This role is designed for someone who can lead financial-crime governance without a mature, fully established programme.
You will build AML/CTF framework from scratch, advise senior leadership on risk, and implement policies, controls and reporting capable of scaling with the business.
