- Prospecting and identifying companies that need support
- Contacting C-Suite/founders, and senior decision-makers
- Opening commercial conversations

- Securing meetings and opportunities
- Supporting conversion into paying clients
- Managing your pipeline independently

Who This Role IS For
You:
- Have 3+ years selling recruitment, HR consultancy, or B2B services
- Have personally generated revenue or opened clients
- Have an existing network of decision-makers
- Are comfortable with cold outreach and closing
- Are commercially driven and results-focused
- Want flexibility with high earning potential
- Have high attention to detail and can execute
You must already have access to or experience in the selected territory. Applicants should ideally already maintain professional relationships with companies operating within this region.
AI & Efficiency Requirement (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
You must be comfortable using modern tools such as:
- ChatGPT / AI tools
- CRM systems
- LinkedIn and outreach tools
If you are not AI-savvy or do not actively use modern tools to improve efficiency, this role is not suitable.
Engagement Structure
This opportunity is structured as a flexible, outcome-based commercial engagement. Successful partners may undertake this role alongside their existing roles or consulting work. As commercial activity grows and agreed thresholds are achieved, there may be opportunities to expand the engagement structure over time.
