Rosie Nightingale Homecare provides high-quality person-centred care to individuals within the community, supporting clients to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. We are currently looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our growing team across Horwich, Westhoughton, and Harwood.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support
- Assisting with medication prompts
- Supporting clients with meal preparation
- Helping with daily living activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Travelling between service users within the community
Requirements
- Caring, compassionate, and reliable nature
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential as full training can be provided
- Right to work in the UK
- Drivers with access to a vehicle are preferred for community-based roles
