Build Real Digital and Commercial Experience in a Global Business. Our client is a British manufacturer, supplying customers worldwide. They are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join their team in a hands-on role across website, content and sales activity. This is not a narrow marketing role. You will gain practical experience across digital marketing, video production and commercial operations, working on real projects that directly support the business.

In practice, your week will be split between website work, content creation and commercial activity, giving you a mix of commercial exposure and digital delivery from day one. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and wants to build real, usable skills early in their career.

The Role

  • Support the delivery of agreed marketing and sales activity across three key areas:
  • Website & Digital
    • Update and maintain our WordPress website
    • Build and improve pages using approved content and assets
    • Implement agreed SEO improvements
    • Own website updates across all versions, including international sites
  • Video & Content Production
    • Produce and edit video and photography content, including product demos, customer case studies and marketing content
    • Manage the workflow of filming, editing, storing and publishing content
    • Improve the quality and consistency of digital assets
  • Gain hands-on exposure to how a global business manages customers, products and commercial activity
  • Work on the sales desk as part of the role, supporting customer enquiries, quotations and order processing
  • Help ensure day-to-day sales activity runs smoothly and efficiently

What they are looking for:

  • Someone who is practical, organised and keen to develop their skills.
  • You may be a graduate, someone early in your career, or someone who has built experience through personal projects, internships or previous roles.
  • You will ideally have:
  • Experience using WordPress or similar platforms
  • An understanding of basic SEO principles
  • Experience creating or editing video content
  • Confidence working with digital content (web, video, imagery)
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
  • The ability to manage your own workload and keep work moving

You do not need to know everything already — the important thing is that you are willing to learn, improve and take responsibility.

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience across marketing, digital and sales operations
  • Practical skills in website management, SEO and content production
  • Experience using tools such as WordPress and video editing software
  • Exposure to international customers and a global manufacturing business

This role is designed to give you broad, practical experience early in your career, rather than a narrow, single-function position.

How You Work

The successful person will be someone who:

  • Takes ownership of tasks and follows them through
  • Keeps projects organised and communicates progress clearly
  • Takes initiative and works through problems without needing step-by-step direction
  • Is comfortable working across different areas of the business
  • Wants to build real skills through practical experience
