Aufgaben – Dafür sorgen Sie bei uns:
- Im Ressort Mitarbeiter beschäftigen wir uns mit Kulturarbeit und allen Formen der Zusammenarbeit.
- Wir beraten bei arbeitsrechtlichen Themen, setzen MaĂźnahmen zur Einhaltung des Arbeitnehmerschutzes und sichern den Datenschutz im Unternehmen.
- Neben der Abrechnung und Auszahlung des Mitarbeitereinkommens unterstützen wir die Menschen bei dm in ihrer individuellen Entwicklung durch fachliche und persönliche Weiterbildungsangebote.
- Wir verantworten Diversity Themen und sorgen dafĂĽr, dass Inklusion im Unternehmen gelingt.
- Eine weitere wichtige Aufgabe ist das Finden neuer Talente.
