Key expectations:
- Effectively manage existing MICE Agencies in order to retain repeat business and drive continued growth.
- Develop a strategic sales action plan which will identify opportunities and maximise revenue growth and increase brand presence in the group market.
- Sell and maximise revenue opportunities in all areas of the hotel.
- Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs.
- Maintain the relevant aspects of our client database and build strong relationships with stakeholders in line with Rosewood’s philosophy of Relationship Hospitality.
- Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Director of Sales and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, business leads and or other analysis as required.
- Attend Key MICE Industry Events.
Profile:
- Experience at managerial level within a high pressured and dynamic environment.
- Previous Sales, Event Sales or Services experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
- A thorough understanding of managing various stakeholders and their expectations.
- Being highly organised and proactive in coordinating tasks.
- Having a good working knowledge of Sales Force and Microsoft Office.
- Possessing an exceptional level of attention to detail paired with the highest degree of integrity and discretion.
- The ability to clearly communicate in written and spoken English via several different communication channels.
