We are currently looking for a Stewarding Manager to join our Heart of House team at Rosewood London. The Stewarding Manager is entrusted with leading a team of associates to ensure the heart of area tidy and free of hazards while maintaining sufficient supply of stewarding stock items to run all Food & Beverage outlets efficiently.

Key expectations of this role are:

  • Managing cost and revenue in all areas of stewarding without impact on brand or quality standards.
  • Continuously identifying and developing areas for improvement and motivating the team to actively take part in the process to enhance the brand experience.
  • Showing a sound understanding of the London F&B market to retain and increase efficiency and quality through application of best practices.
  • Proactively attracting and selecting talent for the department in line with company procedures and culture.

  • Having a passion for heart of house and taking ownership of the associate experience.
  • Possessing a good understanding of how to manage teams effectively.
