We are currently looking for a Senior Sous Chef β Mirror Room to join our leadership team at Rosewood London. The Senior Sous Chef β Mirror Room reports directly to the Executive Sous Chef and is responsible for overseeing all culinary areas of the Mirror Room.
Key expectations of this role:
- Acting as a coach and mentor to a team of up to 10 associates to ensure high engagement levels, people development and associate retention to strengthen the company culture.
- Managing food and payroll costs without impact on brand, or quality standards.
- Consistently maintains established standards across the department through leading by example and quality control.
- Showing a sound understanding of the London upscale hotel dining environment.
- Proactively attracting and selecting talent for the department in line with company procedures and culture.

- The ability to demonstrate leading and developing people effectively.
- Proven culinary skills in an upscale and refined dining environment.
- The ability to build strong relationships with all the floor team in the Mirror Room.
