We are currently looking for an Event & Group Executive to join the Events Sales team at Rosewood London. As Event & Group Executive, you will oversee the full planning journey of events and group stays, acting as the key liaison for clients during the planning phase and ensuring seamless coordination across all operational departments. Your role will be instrumental in positioning Rosewood London as the preferred choice for meetings and events.
Key expectations of this role are:
- Manage events and group bookings end-to-end from contract handover to completion, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and flawless execution.
- Act as the primary client contact during planning, building strong relationships and managing expectations with professionalism and care.
- Coordinate all event elements including food & beverage, accommodation, AV, logistics, transport, and bespoke guest requirements.
- Produce detailed event documentation including BEOs, group resumes, floor plans, and operational addendums.
- Ensure seamless internal communication and handover to operational teams.
- Collaborate closely with Events Operations, Rooms, AV, and Finance teams to ensure commercial and operational alignment.
- Identify and convert upselling opportunities to maximise revenue and enhance guest experience.
- Support short-lead enquiries, managing select leads from enquiry through to conversion within required response timelines.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all contracts, billing, deposits, and final accounts are completed accurately and on time.
Profile:
- Proven experience planning and executing large-scale events within a luxury hospitality environment, including bedroom bookings.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive revenue and identify growth opportunities.
- Familiarity with event sales management systems such as Salesforce and/or Delphi is preferred.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to perform under pressure and make sound, independent decisions in the best interest of the hotel and its guests.
