Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you will work alongside a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences every day.
YOUR ROLE
As a Bartender , you will be responsible for delivering exceptional bar experiences through expert beverage preparation, outstanding product knowledge, and intuitive guest service. You will play a key role in creating memorable moments for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and professionalism. Working within a fast-paced luxury environment, you will contribute to the success of the outlet through teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Prepare and serve exceptional beverages while delivering engaging, refined, and personalised service to every guest.
- Maintain all bar opening, service, and closing procedures in accordance with Rosewood standards and operating procedures.
- Build meaningful relationships with guests, creating memorable experiences and encouraging guest loyalty.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and menu offerings to confidently guide guest choices.
- Ensure the bar environment remains clean, organised, well-stocked, and presentation-ready throughout service.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver seamless service and support the overall success of the outlet.
