In Room Dining Associate to join our team of associates in In Room Dining at Rosewood London.
Our In Room Dining Associates are appointed to provide our resident guests with a dining experience within the privacy and comfort of their room.
- Key expectations of this role are
- Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
- Has a thorough understanding of culinary and beverage service skills to better deliver an all-round In Room Dining experience to our guests
- Demonstrates excellent telephone etiquette and handling skills to ensure timely delivery and completion of guest centered tasks and requests.
