We are currently looking for a Perfect Room Technician to join our team of engineering associates at Rosewood London. Our Perfect Room Technicians are appointed to carry out proactive maintenance in all our guests’ rooms, ensuring the highest standards are kept by creating the impression our guests are the first ones to stay in their room. This role offers a schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
Key expectations of this role are:
- Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance activities in accordance with the company and departmental standards to all our guest rooms.
- Recording and maintaining history and data sheets to ensure the smooth operation of the Perfect Room Program.
- Supporting the shift engineering team as and when required.
- Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
Profile:
- Paying close attention to detail by not compromising on quality standards.
- Having some understanding of all areas of operation such as basic electrical, mechanical and plumbing.
- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
- Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
