We are currently looking for a

Group Sales Executive to join the reactive group sales team at Rosewood London.

The role is responsible for driving group revenue through the effective management, qualification, and conversion of enquiries, while delivering exceptional, personalised client experiences.

You will play a key role in positioning Rosewood London as a market leader within the groups and MICE segment.

  • Key expectations of this role are
  • Manage and convert group and MICE enquiries from initial contact through to the contract stage
  • Prepare tailored proposals aligned with revenue strategy and pricing guidelines
  • Follow up on all enquiries to maximise conversion, pipeline, and revenue
  • Act as primary contact for group clients, delivering personalised service throughout the journey
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and intermediaries
  • Conduct site inspections and client presentations to position the hotel effectively
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account development opportunities
  • Coordinate all group requirements with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery
  • Lead internal handovers and ensure accurate communication of booking details
  • Prepare contracts, proposals, and group documentation
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and booking systems (e. g., Delphi, Salesforce, Opera)
  • Track pipeline, conversion, and sales performance, supporting reporting and audits
  • Support revenue targets, KPIs, and broader sales initiatives (FAM trips, events, trade shows)
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain confidentiality
  • Profile
  • Relevant experience in group sales, MICE, or events sales within a luxury hospitality environment
  • Proven experience managing enquiries and supporting the conversion of group business
  • Strong understanding of corporate, leisure, and agency segments
  • Being highly organised and proactive in coordinating tasks.
  • Possessing an exceptional level of attention to detail paired with the highest degree of integrity and discretion.
