Role
We are currently looking for an F&B Cost Controller to join our team of associates at Rosewood London. Our F&B Cost Controller is appointed with ensuring all purchasing, receiving, storing, transferring and use of goods throughout the hotel are conducted according to company and general accounting standards. This role plays an important part in maintaining and increasing profitability throughout the hotel. This role offers 40 hours per week.
Key expectations of this role are
- Setting up and controlling procedures for auditing transaction, rebates, voids and discounts to prevent possible fraudulent activities.
- Conducting month-end inventory of Food, Beverage, Tobacco and Guest Amenities at Stores and Outlets.
- Setting up and controlling processes for accurately receiving, storing, transferring and cross charging items throughout the hotel.
- Preparing Menu Engineering reports for all food and beverage items sold throughout the hotel by suggesting price adjustments to maximise profit margins.
- Updating the POS by maintaining price consistency throughout in order to verify accuracy of selling prices on the POS in all outlets.
