Role
We are currently looking for a Bartender to join our team of associates in Holborn Dining Room at Rosewood London. Our Bartenders are appointed to prepare and create drinks and provide an engaging, refined and intuitive service to all guests in the bar area of the brasserie.
Key expectations of this role are
- Delivering all bar related aspects of the guest experience according to Rosewood standards.
- Efficiently preparing drinks, setting up & breaking down of the bar in line with Standard Operation Procedures (SOP’s).
- Effectively communicating, prioritising and delegating tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Taking a proactive approach in developing the Barbacks and the overall guest experience
Profile
- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
- Being highly organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
- Having a passion for guest service and the art of crafting quality beverages.
- Possessing a good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
