We are currently looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our team of associates in Scarfes Bar at Rosewood London. Our Bar Supervisors will be part of a large team responsible for creating a memorable experience for our in-house and external guests. This role offers a schedule of approximately 45 hours spread over 5 evening shifts per week.
Key expectations of this role are:
- Delivering all bar related aspects of the guest experience according to Rosewood standards.
- Effectively communicating, prioritising and delegating tasks in a sophisticated environment.
- Taking a proactive approach in developing the Bar Associates by providing regular departmental training.
- Supervising and directing associates in daily work activities within the Bar.
