Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Bar Associate (Waiter) to join our team at Scarfes Bar. Our Bar Associates are responsible for managing their designated area on the bar floor. This role involves approximately 45 hours per week, spread over 5 evening shifts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing efficient, engaging, and refined service.
- Having comprehensive knowledge of all bar offerings.
- Communicating effectively and prioritizing tasks.
- Ensuring the guest experience aligns with Rosewood standards.
Candidate profile:
- Ability to work well in a team and foster relationships.
- Organized and proactive, capable of managing tasks under pressure.
- Experience in upscale bar or restaurant service preferred.
- Passionate about guest service and ownership of the guest experience.
