We are currently looking for an Assistant Stewarding Manager to join our Back of House team at Rosewood London. The Assistant Stewarding Manager is entrusted with leading a team to ensure the heart of house area is tidy and free of hazards while maintaining a sufficient supply of stewarding stock items to run all Food & Beverage outlets efficiently.
Key expectations of this role are:
- Overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of all heart of house areas.
- Effectively leading the team of Back of House Supervisors and Stewards to assist the company in nurturing its talent across the hotel.
- Ensuring all areas of the back of house are free of hazards in line with the company’s health and safety guidelines.
- Managing the entire stock of crockery, pots and other utensils required to run the culinary operation in line with budgets and operational requirements.
