Inspired by the character and charm of a traditional drawing room, Scarfes Bar combines creative cocktails, live entertainment, and world-class hospitality in a truly unique setting. Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you will work alongside a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences every day.

YOUR ROLE

As an Assistant Head Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through the preparation of high-quality beverages and by supporting and guiding the Bar team alongside the Head Bartender. You will be responsible for maintaining Rosewood standards, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to the development of colleagues within the team.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

Prepare and serve exceptional beverages while delivering engaging, refined, and personalised service to every guest.

Maintain all bar opening, service, and closing procedures in accordance with Rosewood standards and operating procedures.

Build meaningful relationships with guests, creating memorable experiences and encouraging guest loyalty.

Demonstrate extensive knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and menu offerings to confidently guide guest choices.

Ensure the bar environment remains clean, organised, well-stocked, and presentation-ready throughout service.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver seamless service and support the overall success of the outlet.
