We are currently looking for an Assistant Director of Housekeeping to join our Management Team at Rosewood London. The Assistant Director of Housekeeping is entrusted with overseeing all areas and associates of the Housekeeping operation in close liaison with the Director of Housekeeping and the second Assistant Director of Housekeeping.
Key expectations of this role:
- Taking part in engaging with guests, associates and business partners to meet and exceed their needs.
- Acting as a coach and mentor to your allocated associates to ensure high engagement levels, people development and highest associate retention to strengthen the company culture.
- Managing cost and revenue in your assigned areas of the Housekeeping department without impact on brand or quality standards.
- Proactively attracting and selecting talent for the department in line with company procedures and culture.
Profile:
- Experience at managerial level within a large luxury hotel environment.
- A good understanding of leading and developing people effectively.
- Possessing an analytical mindset and base decisions on available data.
- Proven strategic project management and delegation skills.
