As a Spa & Retail Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking relaxation, rejuvenation, and bespoke wellness experiences. You will guide them through spa treatments, wellness offerings, and luxury retail selections, ensuring every visit is seamless, personalised, and memorable. Your expertise and warmth will enhance their journey, making wellness a lifestyle both within and beyond The Chancery Rosewood.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests in selecting spa treatments and wellness experiences tailored to their individual needs.
  • Provide expert advice on luxury skincare, wellness, and lifestyle products available in the retail boutique.
  • Manage spa bookings and ensure a smooth, well-coordinated guest journey from arrival to departure.
  • Maintain an elegant and inviting retail space, supporting merchandising and inventory management.
  • Engage with guests to create personalised wellness recommendations, enhancing their overall experience.
