As Sous Chef, you will support the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in leading the kitchen brigade, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in the management of daily kitchen operations
  • Lead the kitchen team during service, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery
  • Maintain consistency in food preparation, taste, and presentation
  • Supervise, train, and develop junior members of the brigade
  • Ensure all health, safety, and food hygiene standards are strictly adhered to
  • Assist with menu development, seasonal changes, and innovation
  • Monitor stock levels, ordering, and cost control to minimise waste
  • Uphold cleanliness and organisation across all kitchen areas
  • Collaborate closely with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
