The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
As a Senior Wellness & Retail Concierge, you will be the dedicated expert guiding guests through their wellness journeys while curating an exceptional luxury retail experience. From personalized wellness consultations to recommending exclusive spa and lifestyle products, you will blend knowledge, service, and sales to ensure an elevated guest experience that extends beyond their stay.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tailored wellness recommendations, guiding guests through spa treatments, wellness programs, and holistic offerings.
- Oversee the luxury retail space, ensuring a carefully curated selection of wellness, skincare, and lifestyle products.
- Offer expert product knowledge and recommendations to enhance guest well-being and drive retail engagement.
