THE TEAM
As part of the Global Brand Marketing & Communications team, you will help shape and protect the Rosewood brand strategy and brand expression worldwide.
Working closely with the Vice President, Brand Marketing & Communications, Global, you will partner with colleagues across Brand Partnerships & Community, Experience Marketing, International Markets, Social Media, and the Global Creative Studio.
You will also collaborate with key stakeholders across Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, CEO Communications, Impact Communications, and Business Unit leadership to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand narrative across the organization.
YOUR ROLE
As Senior Manager, Brand Strategy & Communications, Global, you will serve as the strategic communications partner to the Vice President, Brand Marketing & Communications, Global.
You will help define and elevate the communications positioning of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and the wider brand portfolio, ensuring a consistent and differentiated brand voice across campaigns, projects, business units, and stakeholder groups.
Through ownership of the global messaging architecture, communications management, thought leadership platforms, media governance, and brand health reporting, you will play a critical role in strengthening Rosewood’s reputation and advancing its purpose-driven narrative worldwide.
- HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Drive communications positioning across Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, the wider brand portfolio, business units, and strategic initiatives, translating business priorities into impactful brand communications strategies.
- Develop and maintain the global brand messaging architecture, including core narratives, audience-specific messaging, proof points, and tone of voice.
- Establish and uphold global brand communications standards, providing strategic guidance and ensuring consistency across flagship communications moments.
- Lead Rosewood’s brand thought leadership platform and purpose narrative, collaborating with cross-functional communications partners to amplify the brand’s voice across luxury, culture, and lifestyle conversations.
- Oversee global press and communications strategy, including messaging frameworks, press materials, brand announcements, campaign communications, and awards submissions.
- Partner with Corporate Communications on brand reputation matters, supporting issues communications, narrative development, and proactive communications planning.
- Govern the global PR, media, and ambassador database while managing selected agency relationships to ensure alignment with the brand strategy and messaging architecture.
- Lead brand health reporting and insight generation, transforming data into actionable recommendations that strengthen brand equity, communications positioning, and future planning.
