Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end operational delivery of meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings, and special events, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Groups & Events, Food & Beverage, Culinary, and other operational departments to create seamless guest experiences.
- Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring all event spaces are prepared impeccably and in line with brand standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for event hosts and VIP guests during events, anticipating needs and providing personalised, discreet service.
- Conduct pre-event and pre-shift briefings, ensuring teams are fully aligned on event requirements, service expectations, and operational priorities.
- Lead and motivate event service teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
- Attend and contribute to Banquet Event Order (BEO) meetings, ensuring clear communication and flawless execution across departments.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and key stakeholders to support successful event delivery.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
