The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

A seamless guest experience starts long before arrival. As our Assistant Reservations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a smooth and efficient reservations process, ensuring every booking is handled with care, precision, and warmth. Supporting the Reservations Manager, you'll oversee daily reservations operations across rooms and F&B, lead a team of reservation agents, and maintain the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support, coach, and guide the reservations team to ensure they provide exceptional service and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Oversee daily reservations processes, ensuring all bookings, payments, and guest details are accurate and up to date.
  • Implement selling strategies and monitor booking trends to maximise occupancy and revenue.
  • Ensure every guest interaction is handled professionally, warmly, and with an eye for personalisation.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and operational procedures to keep everything running seamlessly.
