The Chancery Rosewood – opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
Every great stay begins with the perfect booking experience. As a Reservations Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for future guests, setting the tone with seamless service and expert guidance. Whether handling inquiries, confirming bookings, or assisting travel partners, you’ll ensure every reservation is handled with care, precision, and a touch of warmth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle reservation inquiries via phone and email, ensuring every detail is accurate and every guest feels valued.
- Maintain up-to-date records, process payments, and ensure all reservations meet hotel standards.
- Use a strategic approach to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while ensuring guests get the best possible experience.
- Conduct arrival checks, verify booking accuracy, and support other departments with reservation details.
- Work closely with travel agents, corporate clients, and internal teams to enhance the reservation process.
