We are seeking an experienced, self-driven and independent project manager to run the second edition of Rise to the Table, a program dedicated to uplifting women in the F&B industry. This role requires a strong background in project management, experience in F&B/hospitality, and passion for building a movement for change. This second edition of the program will be based in London.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Project design, planning and implementation
  • Refine and improve the project design of the first edition of Rise to the Table to further strengthen the program’s objectives of empowering female talent in the F&B industry, build a community of support, and drive system change.
  • Drive end-to-end project planning from kick-off through execution, including timelines, milestones, task ownerships and risk/contingency planning.
  • The project manager’s scope covers preparation for both the residency and mentorship components of the program, managing the weeklong residency for participants, and post-residency wrap-up.
  • Develop and maintain key planning documents (e.g. run sheet, checklists, event briefing plans and rundowns, etc). Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables and deadlines.
  • Participant recruitment and selection: Lead promotion and recruitment efforts to attract qualified candidates. Manage the selection process including eligibility, shortlisting, first-round interviews, and facilitation of subsequent interview rounds.
  • Speaker engagement and coordination: Curate and design guest speaker sessions for the weeklong residency, including speaker selection and session format. Manage speaker communications and confirmations.
  • Logistics coordination: Manage all logistical elements of the project, including but not limited to liaising with participants and speakers, speaker briefings, venue coordination, scheduling, etc.
  • Residency event execution and on-site coordination: Lead event execution that can engage, inspire, and empower female participants, ensuring high-quality content and activities.
  • Budget management: Monitor and manage program budget including monitoring actual spending, flagging variances, and ensuring receipts and invoices are in order. Collaborate with vendors and agencies to guide them on their delivery of agreed services, ensuring timely and seamless delivery of project services.
  • Communications and marketing support: Serve as the central point of contact for Communications and Marketing teams, supporting the development of pitches, content briefs, etc.

Skills, Experience and Mindset

  • A passionate and detail-oriented professional who thrives on thinking strategically, executing with efficiency.
  • 10 years of experience in project management in F&B, hospitality or similar industries.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels and functions.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with vendor management and event coordination.
  • Wholly or partially based in London.

Timeline

  • 10-month part-time engagement from July 2026 – March 2027.
  • July – September 2026: Planning, ideation, identify project partners, program promotion.
  • September – November 2026: Participant recruitment, communications and marketing support, program fine-tuning.
  • December 2026 – February 2027: Finalizing program for the residency week, participants coordination, speakers coordination, speaker session finalisation.
  • March 2027: Residency week, post-residency handover and debrief.

Time commitment

  • Two to three days per week equivalent. This project can be shared amongst two people.
  • The project manager will work closely with the Rosewood Foundation team as well as stakeholders in Rosewood Hotel Group.
