We are currently looking for a Perfect Room Technician to join our team of engineering associates at Rosewood London. Our Perfect Room Technicians are appointed to carry out proactive maintenance in all our guests’ rooms; ensuring the highest standards are kept by creating the impression our guests are the first ones to stay in their room. This role offers a schedule of Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.30pm.
Key expectations of this role are:
- Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance activities in accordance with the company and departmental standards to all our guest rooms.
- Recording and maintaining history and data sheets to ensure the smooth operation of the Perfect Room Program.
- Supporting the shift engineering team as and when required.
- Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
Profile:
- Paying close attention to detail by not compromising on quality standards.
- Having some understanding of all areas of operation such as basic electrical, mechanical and plumbing.
- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
- Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
