As a Night Demi Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering culinary excellence during overnight operations — ensuring the same precision, consistency, and care that define our daytime service. Working across night production and late service, you will support the smooth running of your section while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and organisation.

Key Responsibilities- Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in the efficient running of your assigned kitchen section during night shifts.
- Prepare and deliver dishes in line with recipes and technical standards, ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality at all times.
- Take ownership of overnight mise en place and production, ensuring readiness for both night service and the following day’s operations.
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards, ensuring a clean, compliant, and well-organised kitchen environment.
- Monitor stock, ingredient quality, and deliveries, ensuring all items meet required standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support seamless 24-hour hotel operations.
