Key Responsibilities Expertly handle and transport guest luggage with the utmost care and efficiency, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to guest rooms and storage areas.
Proactively assist guests with their luggage during check-in, check-out, and at any other required moment, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering a seamless experience.
Maintain the luggage storage area to the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and security, ensuring efficient and accurate access at all times.
Manage guest requests with accuracy and care, ensuring timely follow-ups and swift resolutions that uphold a consistently positive guest experience.
