As a Talent & Culture Officer at The Chancery Rosewood, you will be at the centre of everything that makes this property an exceptional place to work. This role is about far more than processing paperwork or filling vacancies; it is about shaping the experience of every associate who joins our team — from the moment they first encounter our brand to the day-to-day support that enables them to do their best work.

You will lead our end-to-end talent acquisition activity, provide fair and knowledgeable support across employee relations, and act as a trusted, visible presence for associates and managers alike. If you are passionate about people, committed to doing things the right way, and motivated by the idea that outstanding hospitality begins with an outstanding team, we would love to welcome you to The Chancery Rosewood.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support with end-to-end recruitment campaigns across associate-level and supervisory roles — drafting compelling job advertisements, coordinating interview processes, conducting first-stage interviews, and ensuring every candidate experiences a professional and welcoming process from first contact to offer.
  • Provide timely, well-considered support to managers navigating employee relations matters — including disciplinary investigations, hearings, grievance processes, and absence management — ensuring every case is handled with fairness, consistency, and appropriate confidentiality.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date associate records, HR systems, and trackers, ensuring the Talent & Culture function operates with the organisational rigour and data integrity that effective people management demands.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with hiring managers across all departments, acting as a trusted point of contact for resourcing needs and ensuring recruitment activity is aligned to operational priorities and the delivery of associate engagement initiatives, recognition activity, and Talent & Culture communications that strengthen the sense of community, belonging, and shared purpose across the property.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, job boards, and hospitality networks to ensure a strong and diverse candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Contribute to Talent & Culture projects beyond day-to-day responsibilities — including policy reviews, liaising with property troncmaster on monthly tronc processes, employer brand activity, and any people initiatives that help make The Chancery Rosewood an exceptional place to work.
About You
  • Connection: You build trusted relationships naturally — with candidates, managers, and associates alike — and understand that the Talent & Culture function is only as effective as the trust it earns.
  • Associate-Centricity: You approach every recruitment campaign, onboarding, and ER case with genuine care and attention to detail, because you know the experience matters to the people involved.
  • Influencing: You guide managers toward best practice with confidence and clarity, modelling the values of the Talent & Culture function in everything you do.
  • Integrity: You handle every case and every piece of confidential information with absolute discretion, applying policies fairly and consistently without cutting corners.
  • Drive: You bring personal ownership and ambition to the role, proactively developing your HR knowledge and always looking for ways to improve the associate experience.
  • Adaptability: You manage a varied, fast-moving workload across recruitment and employee relations with composure, adjusting priorities quickly and remaining solutions-focused under pressure.
