Role We are currently looking for a Sommelier to join our team of associates in Holborn Dining Room at Rosewood London.
Our Sommelier works closely with the Head Sommelier to ensure the wine offering in our busy brasserie enhances the guest experience and a warm and genuine service is delivered at all times.
Key expectations of this role are Delivering all aspects of the guest experience according to Rosewood standards on the brasserie floor.
Possessing a sound knowledge of wines and London's restaurant industry.
Ensuring that all stations are equipped with sufficient clean, glasses, decanters and all other service ware.
Responding to any menu / drinks queries with knowledgeable, informative and engaging answers.
Profile The ability to influence others through skill and knowledge.
Being highly organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
Possessing a sound understanding of the wine industry and trends.
Having a passion for wine and wanting to take ownership of the guests’ wine experience.
