Rosewood Hotel Group is looking for a Manager, Brand Marketing and Communications, EMEA, to help develop best‑in‑class brand management across our organization with focus on the EMEA region. This role will support the Director, Brand Marketing and Communications, EMEA & AMER to drive the EMEA region properties in executing strategic, high quality marketing plans to achieve effective go‑to‑market implementation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - (KEY ACTIVITIES)

  • Support the Director, Brand Marketing and Communications, EMEA & AMER with all related projects and activities to fulfill the marketing and communications function for the EMEA region.
  • Govern annual plans and marcoms investments to ensure tracking against business and brand goals.
  • Arrange all aspects of management and the coordination of marketing and communication activities to include updating the global brand calendar with EMEA activities, measuring and analyzing KPIs for brand and EMEA region and providing sound advice and knowledge for growth, compiling regular reports and developing presentations.
  • Build a strong relationship with the property marketing and communications teams through monthly calls and regular communication, keeping track of their activities, sharing with the brand team and providing brand guidance and training.
  • Support with cascading brand campaigns, toolkits and playbooks to the properties and following up on progress to measure success.
  • Provide hands‑on support on preopening plans in partnership with corporate and properties teams.
  • Manage new opening processes and protocols, including onboarding property teams, tracking key milestones, supporting collateral development, photography planning and processes.
  • Oversee and manage the press library, DAM (content management system) marketing and communication files and folders for the region.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the marketing and communications database for media and partners and handle gifting and communications for the region.
  • Organize the planning and media outreach to support projects, including press release writing and distribution, press kit compilation, photography selection.
  • Manage media requests, directing requests to properties and provides spokesperson information and materials.
  • Support the Director, Brand Marketing and Communications, EMEA & AMER and the brand team with agency relationship management across PR and social media.
  • Travel to hotel or business locations if required.
  • Manage the budget accounting tasks, including processing purchase orders and expense claims, according to finance guidelines.
  • Contribute to ensuring that brand integrity and clarity are always maintained.
  • Be a "Brand Ambassador" at all times and ensure brand integrity and clarity are always maintained.
  • Model the company’s culture, vision, mission and core values at all times.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • A minimum of 5 years previous experience in luxury and lifestyle marketing and communications.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Excel and Word.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Fluent native speaker including verbal and written English.
  • Meticulous at organization and good at writing and communicating.
