As an In-Room Dining Coordinator, you will be the voice of our in-room dining experience — the connection between our guests and an exceptional, personalised service delivered with warmth, precision, and care. Key Responsibilities- Handle in-room dining orders with accuracy and care, ensuring all special requests, dietary requirements, and guest preferences are met without exception.
- Communicate effectively and proactively with kitchen and service teams, coordinating seamless order execution and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Provide confident, knowledgeable recommendations on menu offerings, thoughtfully upselling in a way that genuinely enhances the guest experience.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of guest preferences and requests, using these insights to personalise and elevate future interactions.
