As a Flexible Bartender - Eagle Bar, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional beverage experiences within one of the hotel's vibrant social destinations.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards.
Provide friendly, engaging, and professional service to guests throughout their experience.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently recommend beverages based on guest preferences.
Work closely with bar, restaurant, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar and service areas.
Monitor stock levels and ensure bar equipment and supplies are ready for service.
Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally, resolving issues or escalating when appropriate.

About You Previous bartending experience within a hotel, restaurant, bar, or fast-paced hospitality environment.
