As Content Manager, you will lead the creation of premium photography and videography that brings The Chancery Rosewood’s products, people, and brand story to life — a rare opportunity to shape the visual identity of one of Mayfair’s most exciting new luxury hotels, reporting to the Digital and Social Manager.

Key Responsibilities Lead photography and videography production end-to-end — from creative concept and shoot direction to editing and final delivery across every platform.

Direct talent, colleagues, and external creative partners during shoots, keeping every production calm, collaborative, and on schedule.

Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives, capturing product, lifestyle, event, and branded content across the hotel.

Manage the hotel’s digital asset library, ensuring content is correctly labelled, accessible, and consistent in colour grading, sound quality, and visual identity.

Work closely with the Head of Digital to maximise engagement, reach, and brand consistency across all visual content.
