Key Responsibilities- Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organised, and prepared for service, maintaining a constant flow of glassware, garnishes, ice, and beverages to support uninterrupted operations.
- Anticipate the needs of the bartending team, proactively replenishing supplies and addressing any shortfalls before they impact service.
- Maintain a clean and immaculate bar environment at all times, upholding strict hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Collect, clean, and polish glassware efficiently, ensuring a steady supply while keeping guest areas clutter-free and presentable.
- Assist with preparation tasks such as juices, syrups, and garnishes, ensuring all ingredients meet quality and presentation standards.
- Support with stock handling, deliveries, and storage, ensuring accuracy, organisation, and compliance with procedures.
